boots are very comfortable and look very nice. cost less than most boots out there...but buckles are cheap and they don't sell replacements. after 3 rides my left boot buckle broke...2 more rides another buckle broke. called oneal they are sending me replacements for free...but how long will they keep sending them to me? if they improve buckle material or design boots will be great. 3 stars for quality and customer service combined. 1 for quality 4 for service.
