Bought these pants for my girlfriend (she loves Fox brand). She also has a 2009 pair of switch pants in the same size (5/6). The 2009 pants fit, 2008's don't. The 2008 pants are considerably tighter in the waist. I am not a big fan of Fox due to bad experiences myself. If you want a good price, find another brand and somewhere that allows at least exchange in sizes for their sale items.
